Walk into any supermarket and look at the sleep aisle. Almost every product is melatonin-first.
MHODE OFF isn't, on purpose.
What melatonin does well
Shifts circadian timing. Useful for jet lag, shift work, very specific timing problems. Effective for short-term use.
What melatonin does poorly
Forced sedation. Daily-use downregulation of your own production. Builds dependency for chronic users. Often leaves you groggy. Doesn't address why you can't switch off in the first place.
What we use instead
Magnesium glycinate (nervous-system relaxation), L-theanine (mental decompression), GABA (the brain's primary inhibitory neurotransmitter, supports calming), apigenin (chamomile-derived flavonoid for evening calm), tart cherry (supports natural sleep-wake cycles), lavender extract (sensory anchor).
None of them force sleep. All of them support the body's own recovery systems doing what they're trying to do.
The result
You wake up rested, not groggy. Your own systems stay calibrated. You can take it nightly without dependency.
