Late-night scrolling. 4 PM coffee. 11 PM emails. The screen glow that never quite ends. You finally close the laptop at midnight and lie down — and your brain is still running through tomorrow's meeting.

You're not lazy. You're not broken. You're overstimulated.

The human nervous system was designed for a world that no longer exists. Hunter-gatherers had two states: alert (threat, hunt, social demand) and rest (everything else).
